The fiber optic network construction industry in Germany offers Polish workers and companies the chance for decent earnings, but it is burdened by a very high risk of encountering an insolvent client.
For almost 10 years, there has been a very dynamic expansion of fast fiber optic networks. The scope of work includes earthworks using both horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and open trench technology, as well as comprehensive installation services. The amount of labor and resources invested in project execution is very high, which consequently increases the risk of payment delays. Additionally, there is a real risk of signing a contract with an unknown, insolvent client, or one who is known but dishonest.
In these two cases, despite issuing substantial invoices and generating results, in the event of non-payment, the contractor loses financial liquidity, which ultimately leads to their downfall, potentially resulting in personal tragedies for specific individuals. We believe that for every honestly performed job, fair payment should be made on time. We oppose the exploitation of one's negotiating or linguistic position by dishonest "businessmen."
We assist in verifying clients, contracts, negotiations, then ensure the proper fulfillment of contracts including monitoring payments, and ultimately, in case of problems, we pursue dishonest contractors through legal or extrajudicial means.
We work in the languages: Polish, German, and English.
